Make your festive build up extra super by joining this virtual race across the world - the team at Superheroes Series have some super winter wildlife destinations in store for you! It is the perfect mission to keep you super active and super connected from the convenience of your neighbourhood, and your powers super flexed for this winter.
Everyone is welcome. All we ask is that all solo entrants, or at least one team member, considers themselves to have a disability of any kind.
Where: Anywhere! Your home, garden, local park, gym, pool, leisure centre, countryside, commute… The choice is yours.
When: You can rack up your kms on one day, over a few days or use the whole two weeks, from 8-22 of November! The choice is yours.
How: Anything goes, from walking, wheeling & running, to skating, skipping, swimming and using your super senses. Feel free to mix it up!
Dress code: A Superhero outfit of course! To help you look & feel the part.
Super Race Packs: All entrants will receive a Super Race Pack in the post – including a medal, T-shirt & finish line tape for those celebratory finish-line moments!
There are no cut-off times or equipment restrictions & you can choose from a multitude of super ways to complete your challenge, whatever suits your own unique superpowers best! You have 2 weeks to complete your mission. You can decide to achieve your goal on one day, over a few, or keep adding to your super distance every day, from the first event day to the last.
We will cover your registration fee if you participate by raising vital funds for DSUK - with no minimum fundraising target. Each participant will receive a super race pack in the post with their entry that will include a race number, medal, t-shirt, finish line tape and other super goodies. Teams can be up to 5 people. Family and friends are welcome to guide, push or simply accompany you for your chosen mission. Just remember, only those who book a place will receive a super race pack.

Sprint Superhero Tri: Swim 150m, Bike 3km, Push/run 1km
Half Superhero Tri: Swim 400m, Bike 10km, Push/run 2.5km
Full Superhero Tri: Swim 750m, Bike 20km, Push/run 5km
