Disability Snowsport UK (DSUK) is a charity and membership organisation which offers unique opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to access snowsports. DSUK believe that taking part in adaptive snowsport has the power to transform a person’s relationship with not just their disability, but with all aspects of their lives. We believe that all people have the right to access the unique physical, mental, and social benefits of snowsport, regardless of disability, injury, or experience.

With a team of around 400 staff and volunteers, we operate ski schools at various locations throughout the UK as well as delivering opportunities to ski and snowboard in a mountain environment worldwide. We also provide a platform for disabled skiers to meet and participate in snowsports through our local groups.

Role: DSUK Finance and Operations Manager
Location: GlenmoreLodge, Aviemore office based with hybrid flexibility considered.

Salary: £22,400 (pro rota 30 hours per week - £17,920)

Disability Snowsport UK is the UK’s leading adaptive snowsport charity, with a team of staff and instructors based across the country from Hemel Hempstead to Cairngorm.  Our vision is of mountains and ski slopes free from barriers, where disabled people can learn and take part alongside family, friends and peers. This role will suit someone who likes dealing with people, has great problem-solving skills and a high degree of efficiency and attention to detail.
You must be comfortable working with numbers and systems.  

Experience in accounts, hospitality, travel,accommodation or similar role would be helpful. Hours can be worked flexibly to suit your needs and that of the charity. You can be partly or fully office based. DSUK’s main office is at Glenmore Lodge, and we expect the postholder will spend some time at our Cairngorm Mountain office during winter months when our snowsport school is open.

You will be supporting the finance manager, snowsport schools and senior management team in a busy and friendly environment.
The primary purpose of the job is to work with our bookings system and accounts to ensure all clients and member lessons are well organised, payments are secured and processed. And everyone has the information they need to have a successful booking.
