DSUK have joined the team at Superhero Series as a charity friend again in 2025. They believe everyone should have the chance to be active &experience the thrill of taking part in a large-scale sporting event. There are three super distances to choose from & many super ways to take part in these super-fun & flexible tri challenges. You can fly solo & take on all three stages (a swim, cycle & push/run for any tri newbies out there), share the fun in a team relay, or Superheroes can recruit Sidekick teammates to tow, push & pull them around the entire course! This summer we will be celebrating our super planet & all its natural wonders, so prepare yourself for a super-wild time!
Everyone is welcome. All we ask is that all solo entrants, or at least one team member, considers themselves to have a disability of any kind. This live event is on Saturday 16 August 2025 at Dorney Lake, Eton College Rowing Centre, off Court Lane, Dorney, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 6FJ.
We want to make it possible for you to use anything you might need to complete your tri stage/s. For the swim, you can use flippers or floats or be towed in a vessel on the water (just remember to let us know about your vessel when you sign up). For the cycle, all types of adaptive bikes & wheelchairs are welcome. For the final run/push, everything from baby buggies to race runners & powerchairs are actively encouraged.
We encourage everyone to wear a Superhero outfit to help you look & feel the part.
Please remember to register everyone taking part or assisting in transition as part of your super team when you book – Superheroes & Sidekick buddies – as only those signed up as an official team member will be allowed on the course &/or in transition on the event day. Each & every teammate, however big or small your role, will receive a T-shirt, medal & Super Kit Bag for your part in the super mission!
There are no cut-off times & all types of gadgets & gismos are welcome on the course. So, grab those masks & capes, sign up & save the day!
Sprint Superhero Tri: Swim 150m, Bike 3km, Push/run 1km
Half Superhero Tri: Swim 400m, Bike 10km, Push/run 2.5km
Full Superhero Tri: Swim 750m, Bike 20km, Push/run 5km
