How to find us
What to do when you arrive
- Please arrive 20 minutes before the lesson start time to get ready
- You do not have to check in at the Chill Factore front desk. We meet on the lesson benches, below the large numbers on the wall Feel free to ask the centre staff where the benches are
- Please wear warm, waterproof clothing and gloves. If you need it, clothing can be borrowed from Chill Factore at no charge, and gloves cab be purchased.
- If you are going to be sit skiing please bring warm outdoor boots or borrow a pair of boots from the clothing desk for the lesson
- Helmets must be worn and are available free of charge on racks near the lesson meeting point
- Your instructor is likely to be busy with other lessons when you arrive, please don’t worry if you can’t see them straight away, wait at the meeting point and your instructor will come to you
- There are areas in the Lodge café and on the balcony both on the first floor, where your friends or family can watch your lesson

At Chill Factorᵉ we’re home to the longest real snow slope in the UK. What says ‘fun’ more than real snow – and lots of it? From sledging and sliding to ski and snowboard lessons and private tuition. We cater for all age groups from 4 yrs upwards, so we’ve really got something for everyone! There’s even a comfortable viewing gallery for the less active, so you can sit back, enjoy a coffee, and watch the excitement unfold.
ChillFactore has a number of wheelchair accessible toilets and a combined toilet and changing facility, with a hoist and changing bed, that meets the ChangingPlaces standard.
