Role: Finance and Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid. An office base is available at Glenmore Lodge, Aviemore and the successful candidate can work there for all or part of their working week

Hours: 3.5 days per week, with flexibility in working hours. Full time available for suitably experienced candidate.

Salary: £31,500 - 36,500 depending on experience (pro rata £22,050 - £25,550)

DSUK is recruiting for a skilled administration and finance lead who has demonstrable experience of financial, operations and HR administration and practical management. The role will suit someone who enjoys getting through a ‘to do’ list and has a high degree of attention to detail.

The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective day to day administration of the financial, HR, and day to day IT and office functions of the charity and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies and controls. The postholder will also prepare and report on annual budgets to the Board, the management team and other stake holders.

The successful candidate will initially work with the Interim Head of Support Services (p/t) who will offer support during the first year in post. After that, there will be an opportunity to become full time and to take full responsibility for the finance, HR and administration functions of the charity.

Full time hours will be considered immediately for a suitably qualified candidate.

We would like to appoint someone who can be in the office at Glenmore Lodge, Aviemore one day per week to ensure that all post and banking is dealt with in a timely way. It will also provide an opportunity for you to get to know colleagues in the fundraising, membership and snowsport teams.
