Overseas Activity Weeks
The new brochure for 2011 will be available before September 2010 and will be sent to all of our members automatically.
Each year we run a series of skiing and boarding weeks to some of Europe’s and North America’s top resorts.
Some of our skiers have been coming on our trips for over 20 years and are joined each year by a growing number of people experiencing the sport for the first time.
We would love to be able to help you achieve your potential.
We cater for all disabilities and all ages and it is the unique mix of skiers, helpers and instructors that makes our activity weeks so special and so much fun.
We rely on the dedication, skill and commitment of our volunteer helpers to make our trips possible. To find out more about becoming a volunteer please visit our 'How to get Involved' pages and read stories from our volunteers who have experienced the weeks 'hands on'

To comply with Health and Safety and to adhere to Government guidelines, those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. We also have to impose weight restrictions for the use of our adaptive sit skis as the ski itself weighs 3stone!
If you have a carer in your home situation due to your disability then we would require you to bring one with you on our activities. We do not ask our volunteer helpers to undertake any form of personal care.
Please contact admin@disabilitysnowsport.org.uk
For our activity weeks in Europe we source suitable accommodation and provide our own instructors, equipment and volunteer helpers.
For trips to North America we use the adaptive instructors and equipment provided by the local adaptive ski schools and provide volunteer helpers to ensure your well-being whilst traveling and in resort.
