Directions by Car:
Chill Factore is situated on Trafford Quays
Leisure Village and is less than four miles from Manchester city centre. We are opposite the Trafford Centre and conveniently located just off the M60 motorway at junction. We offer free parking and have over 300 car parking spaces available including 16 dedicated disabled parking bays.
There are various sports shops and a wide range of eateries in the mall linked to the snow centre. There are 9 toilets in the centre and each toilet block has a disabled-access toilet. We have Conference rooms that can accommodate from 2-100 people.

There are changing cubicles and a disabled changing room. Lockers cost £1, which is retained however, you can ask for a locker token at reception.

Preferably arrive 30 minutes prior to a lesson. For DSUK lessons you do not need to check in, come past the reception desk and follow signs down to the ski equipment rental area where you should ask for a DSUK member of staff.

For skis/snowboard/boots, go to the equipment
rental desk and ask for the appropriate kit. Say
you’re with DSUK and like everyone else they will
ask as to your level of skiing/boarding first. If a
helper or carer is coming out with the instructor
they too should get whatever kit is needed.
Helmets are needed for all lessons and can be
found in the rental area.

Gloves/mitts/socks will be needed as it is
-3degrees on the slopes;  these cannot be
borrowed and need to be brought, or can be
purchased at reception. However if DSUK participants require a ski jacket/pants they can be used free of charge if  your booking confirmation can be shown.
